Site Inspection and Monitoring

Regulation 38 Information

Regulation 38 of the Building Regulations 2010 demands that fire safety information relating to the design and construction of a building be provided to the Responsible Person no later than the date of completion.

Practical Completion and Pre-Occupation Fire Risk Assessment
Completion of a fire risk assessment prior to practical completion or occupation of a new building can highlight any defects or issues which require attention to ensure occupant safety. It can also identify areas where a new building doesn't meet current fire safety standards or the designed fire strategy.
